Events leading to this match: Jeff Hardy's last PPV appearance for TNA was back in March at Victory Road. Jeff's personal issues led to the main event lasting only a few seconds. Jeff Jarrett, the founder of TNA, is very mad that Jeff Hardy has been given a third chance with the company as Jeff Hardy also no showed Turning Point back in 2005.
Knockouts Championship: Champion Velvet Sky vs. Gail Kim
Events leading to this match: Gail Kim made her return to TNA Wrestling by blindsiding the champion and putting her on the shelf with a concussion. Because she returned to the company and aligned herself with Karen Jarrett, the Vice President of the Knockouts Division, Gail Kim was granted this title shot.
Tag Team Championship: Champions Mexican America (Hernandez & Anarquia) and Sarita vs. Ink Inc. (Jesse Neal & Shannon Moore) & Toxxin
Rules of the match: This bout features both male and female wrestlers. At this point, I am not sure if they will be able to compete against each other at the same time and if a pin on Sarita would result in Ink Inc. losing the titles.
Events leading to this match: Mexican America caused Jesse Neal to miss some time with an injury. When he returned, Ink Inc. got their revenge by attacking the champions while they were in a tattoo parlor and the challengers inked something on the body of Anarquia. Ink Inc. added Toxxin to their group to counteract the interference that Sarita and Rosita provide for the champions.
Matt Morgan vs. Crimson
Events leading to this match: The two men have been allies recently during both of their feuds against Samoa Joe. Matt Morgan challenged Crimson to this match because he craves competition and Crimson is undefeated.
Rob Van Dam vs. Christopher Daniels
Events leading to this match: During a recent edition of IMPACT WRESTLING, RVD beat Daniels after he was hit with a tool box. Following the bout, Daniels tried to stab RVD with a screwdriver but was stopped by AJ Styles.
