
The Vampire Diaries continues this week with episode 8, "Ordinary People" and it's finally time to learn more about family history of origin. This episode will also reveal that Mason found before his death, and that Alaric later seen on the walls of the cave.

In addition to the promotion, which shows a bit more about the cave, a preview of the RST is out next episode, and it shows much more about what Alaric, at the end of "Ghost World". Elena joined the guys in the cave, and Damon still can not enter. Alaric, said a "story, very old." Points to a cycle of the moon, a man and Damon Wolf. She called, "The Journal Lockwood, Pictionary style." The fact that Damon can not join them for fingerprints, does not mean it will sound in According to the Wall, werewolves have been there for a while. There are more, too. Alaric shows their names written in the script the name of the Viking family of origin.
Will they find more clues etched on cave walls? How this will lead to flashbacks of Rebecca, who will introduce the Mother of origin? How these will be revealed in this episode of The Vampire Diaries, and how much will still be a mystery? Whatever happens, there seems to be a lot of history to look at, and it is perfect with Alaric around. At least, it seems Damon and Alaric are back to the way they used to be, but it will be interesting to see if Alaric takes more than an excuse to kill recycled or will he leave it.

Extended excerpt shows a little more than cave Mason and Damon discovered in the late seventh episode Alaric, Elena and Damon (who still can not enter the cave) speaks of writings on the wall of the cave. Alaric tells Elena that the drawings tell a story, a really old story. A lunar cycle is represented, and a man and a wolf, which means that werewolves existed in the history of the original (which was quite obvious, because Klaus is a hybrid).
